Schizophrenia is a condition that one needs not be shy to excuse oneself from when they find themselves in the throes of mood swings and a depressive state of needing to rationalise pros and cons to the point or state that their heart rate is more accelerated than the rest of themselves when they first started out with such an exercise.
Be with yourself and be with your heart. The mind can go mental if you let it run rapid fire all of the sequences of what you should do or should not do as if you are a behavioral coach here to field the competition and match or debate between the 2,3,4,5 or more mental patients in there trying your patience.
Such is not to insult oneself to recognize one’s own crazies. In fact it is only the act of the sane to be able to recognise when they are in such a state and call a spade a spade.
It will be mentally healthier for you to be of strict regime with oneself to not employ the mind into your employ as your employed employee for they will drive you insane with their inability to truly help at and get you places.
Believe not that the great minds of your century uses their minds to access their own so called genius. In fact the trap is that they do not believe in using their minds but in fact learn how not to harness it in such a detrimental way.
If you ever talk or speak to a great mind, you will or may find that they all speak clearly without said clutter and they speak with their hearts as that is the only silent chatter that they care to listen to because they have learned time and again that you should only listen to one voice within yourself and that is not the employed chattering mind but the stillness within you that only needs to slow down and look and listen and genuinely stop degrading the self with noiseless chatter that will not stop or cease.
One needs to celebrate the stillness of one’s heart when one finds it rather than being afraid of the peace and going looking for the noise to set you back again into that lost leader loop.
Find yourself through the presence of your own stillness. Only then can we find and access true information that is not of our own and yet so clear and helpful to help us all.
