Stolen moments is all that we share and all that we care for when our minds are garnered by noise, expectations and a heart full of heaviness thinking that we\u2019re all supposed to bow down to you and all of your own self imposed expectations of what\u2019s supposed to be and what\u2019s not supposed to be, how it\u2019s all supposed to happen and how it\u2019s all not supposed to happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aren\u2019t you tired or don\u2019t you ever tire yourself out with all of your own rules of how all are supposed to be only to then be disheartened by your own failure to see time and again that that is not how life has ever been working for eons of centuries even before you came on board in and of this lifetime?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where did you or one first learn of making self imposed rules and then expecting the earth and all of its or your inhabitants to speak and sing to your tune?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where and how did such a conundrum first come to be?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the shoosh-ing or shutting up of your own heart. The heart that sees all and knows all and that breaks all boundaries in all of your own dreams as you are awake or asleep to try and escape your own self imposed nightmare of your own mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stop prescribing for yourself how things in your day or in your life should be and instead rub your eyes away from your own day sleep and take a look around at what has been going on around you whilst you were busy at not looking but demanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Set down your guards and dare to take a real look and realise that no one has been stealing those precious moments away from you but you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
